AIRANI (16) is a teenage prostitute who is pregnant and living alone in a flat. She wants to end her life by committing suicide in her room. However, AIRANI meets DIANDRA (6), a small child whose presence greatly disturbs AIRANI. With his innocence and curiosity as a child, DIANDRA asks many questions about AIRANI’s life and why AIRANI wants to commit suicide while pregnant. The longer DIANDRA is around AIRANI delays her plan to commit suicide. Finally, AIRANI tries to push DIANDRA away

  • I added "runners up" to Top 10 lists, treating them as ties where applicable and numbering them accordingly at the bottom of each list.
  • Regarding those polls wherein "franchise" movies were submitted as one project until BFI's policy changed to regard them separately, I treated them as ties and renumbered the affected lists accordingly (e.g. the Godfather films).
